How does billing work?
Heyoli costs $99 per month, billed monthly. Payments are processed securely by Paddle.com, our merchant of record — we never see or store your card details.
Is there a free plan or trial?
No. There is one plan and it includes everything. Sign up, subscribe, and the whole product is yours.
What happens when I cancel?
You keep full access until the end of your billing period, and your account and existing work stay accessible afterwards. Creating new work needs an active subscription — resubscribe anytime to pick up where you left off.
Do you offer refunds?
If something went wrong, write to [email protected] within 14 days of a charge and we'll make it right. Subscription fees are otherwise non-refundable.
